As a paralegal at Conrad O’Brien, Justin works closely with teams of attorneys in matters ranging from commercial litigation, professional liability, and public-private partnership matters. He works on all stages of pre-litigation and litigation. Justin tracks the status of matters for firm clients, monitors case status as a case moves through the judicial system, corresponds with the court regarding case inquiries, and communicates with clients on an ongoing basis. Justin also assists attorney teams with discovery requests and document reviews. A large portion of Justin’s work is working with a team of attorneys representing a religious institution in litigation involving personal injury, employment, premises liability, and other tort claims. Though Justin started as Legal Assistant at Conrad O’Brien, when he joined the firm he brought with him years of legal experience in various areas of law ranging from mortgage foreclosure to creditor’s rights.
