As a paralegal at Conrad O’Brien, Erika brings a detail-oriented focus coupled with strong research and investigative skills. She works on everything from new client intake, discovery, and trial preparation and ensures an organized and communicative approach throughout the life of the case.
Erika is part of the Title IX and Campus Discipline team, where the firm represents students and faculty nationwide in Title IX or code of conduct violations in higher education. In that practice, she is known for combining the necessary legal and litigation tasks with a compassionate approach. As part of the Commercial Litigation and Receivership practices, Erika helps clients with discovery, subpoenas, and coordinating with third-parties and local jurisdictions.
Erika started as Legal Assistant at Conrad O’Brien, and she utilizes her administrative skills throughout her current role. She previously interned at a boutique Intellectual Property firm as well as at the New Jersey Office of the Governor.
