Robyn oversees the daily operations of the firm to include finance, IT, marketing, and human resources. She has been in her position for over ten years, with 20 years of experience. Robyn’s day-to-day-duties require that she multitask, be organized, and get things done in a timely matter. Before joining Conrad O’Brien, Robyn worked at two AmLaw200 firms in a finance capacity. Given her background, financial reporting and cost savings initiatives are of particular interest, but she spends equal amounts of time making sure the firm is ACA compliant, cyber security measures are in place, bills go out on time, profit sharing approvals are done, and overseeing other projects to ensure the firm operates smoothly.

Robyn also enjoys working with the firm’s three-person executive committee that manages and oversees the firm to make decisions that have a positive impact on the firm. “Driving” the firm ice cream truck through the office in the summer is a fun part of the job too!
