With over twenty years of experience in IT departments in the healthcare and financial industries, Mike has developed strong analytical and technical skills, as well as communication and interpersonal skills that have helped him to excel in his field. Mike sees the most challenging aspect of job to also be the most rewarding: staying up-to-date with Information Technology trends and software to ensure that a technical issue can be solved quickly and efficiently.
