Simran has a strong commercial litigation practice, representing clients in commercial matters and corporate disputes. She brings to the firm extensive experience oral arguments, writing, and handling appellate issues given her prior experience working as an Assistant District Attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office. Simran has handled over a dozen oral arguments in the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and has argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. During her tenure at the District Attorney's Office, Simran worked both in the Federal Litigation Unit and the Appeals Unit.
