Robin’s practice primarily involves commercial and toxic tort litigation, professional liability matters, and representation of court-appointed receivers and monitors in fiduciary litigation and federal enforcement actions. She has significant experience in all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial. She has also worked on numerous appeals to the Pennsylvania Superior Court, the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, authoring appellate briefs and presenting oral argument. Robin excels at tackling complex issues that arise in the course of ligation and crafting creative legal arguments on behalf of her clients.
Prior to joining Conrad O’Brien, Robin was an associate at a Pennsylvania-based litigation firm, focusing on representing plaintiffs in medical malpractice, negligence, product liability and insurance coverage disputes.

Outside of the office, Robin enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. She enjoys traveling, both locally and abroad, and exploring new restaurants. She is also a skilled self-taught baker and cake decorator.
