• Conducted post-judgment discovery in aid of execution and asset investigation in matter involving fraudulent claims filed by Insured.  Investigation resulted in recovery of substantial monetary judgment in favor of Insurer for insurance benefits paid and legal fees incurred by Insurer to defend bad faith action and prosecute counterclaim for fraud following Insured’s fraudulent acts.
