Joe represents corporations in commercial and securities litigation. Joe brings a business background to his legal work and with each representation he aims to develop a legal strategy that meets the business needs of his clients. In addition to his litigation practice, Joe works with his clients on risk management and litigation avoidance, working closely with clients’ business teams to identify, mitigate, and avoid legal risk before litigation even occurs. Joe has handled state and federal complex commercial litigation and has litigated cases under Pennsylvania and New Jersey state laws, the federal securities laws, and the Fair Labor Standards Act, among others.
