Jennifer McLoughlin works in the firm’s education law practice group, where she advises charter schools on all aspects of their operations. She has experience working with school administrators and Boards of Trustees to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and administrative regulations. Jennifer represents her charter school clients in civil litigation and appeals, as well as administrative proceedings.


While she focuses on education law, she also has represented corporations in commercial, pharmaceutical, and product liability litigation. Jennifer brings to Conrad O’Brien a breadth of prior experiences, working at AmLaw 200 firms, an education law boutique firm, and as a legal editor for a global news platform.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys cooking/baking, reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and family.
