Conrad O’Brien is pleased to announce that Sarah T. Damiani, Melissa M. Green and Alexis Rossman Madden have joined Conrad O’Brien as Associates. All three associates will be based in the Firm’s main office in Philadelphia.
Sarah T. Damiani represents businesses and individuals in a broad range of matters involving complex commercial litigation, as well as class actions, intellectual property, and insurance coverage matters. While studying law at the Temple University Beasley School of Law, Sarah served as Special Production Editor and Staff Member for the Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Review. Sarah earned her law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2010) and her Bachelors in Music combination with an outside field in Economics from Ithaca College (cum laude, 2006).
Melissa M. Green represents executives and businesses involved in white collar criminal defense and internal corporate investigations. She also represents companies involved in toxic tort matters. During law school, Melissa was a summer associate with Conrad O’Brien, and also served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Gregory M. Sleet, Chief Judge of the United States District Court of Delaware. Melissa earned her law degree from Drexel University School of Law (J.D., magna cum laude, 2013) and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern Maine (cum laude, Political Science, 2003).
Alexis Rossman Madden represents businesses and individuals in premises liability and products liability litigation. Alexis has also represented plaintiffs in various personal injury matters where individuals have suffered serious and permanent injuries. Prior to joining the Firm, Alexis was an Associate at another firm in Philadelphia. Alexis earned her law degree from Villanova University School of Law (J.D., 2011) and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania (Art History, 2006).
