Conrad O’Brien PC is pleased to announce that Patricia A. Hennessy, Partner of the Firm, recently spoke at the 10th Annual State & Local Procurement Symposium, a program coordinated by the ABA Section of State and Local Government Law and the ABA Section of Public Contract Law. Pat spoke on a panel entitled, “Privatization of Public Schools: Threat or Opportunity?” The panel explored the pros, cons and legal issues addressed in privatizing public schools, and how attorneys can best represent their educational based clients. The Symposium was held from April 23rd – 26th at the Loews Hotel in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
