Conrad O’Brien is pleased to announce that Chris Lucca was selected for inclusion as a 2022 “Lawyer on the Fast Track” by The Legal Intelligencer, an ALM publication, as part of the newspaper’s Professional Excellence awards. This honor recognizes the next generation of legal leaders. Chris Lucca has quickly gained the trust of the firm since joining the firm in 2018 and made partner in January 2021.
A big part of Chris’ practice is employment law and he is the firm’s point-person to handle cases that involve an employment dispute or nuanced issues of employment law. In addition to his own clients, he helps existing firm clients with any employment issues they may be facing. He has been especially busy advising clients on how COVID-19 and related issues factored into a company’s employment decision. Chris also handles business tort claims, contractual disputes, and complex personal injury matters for his clients. He has significant experience in all facets of litigation, from independently conducting pre-suit investigations through trial.
Chris draws on his experience as a law clerk to the Honorable Eduardo C. Robreno in United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Chris earned his law degree from Villanova University School of Law where he served as the Associate Editor of Student Works for the Villanova Environmental Law Journal. He earned his undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech and graduated cum laude.
