Conrad O’Brien is pleased to announce that Joe Jesiolowski has been promoted to partner, effective January 1, 2022.
Joe represents corporations in commercial and securities litigation. He brings a business background to his legal work and with each representation he aims to develop a legal strategy that meets the business needs of his clients. In addition to his litigation practice, Joe works with his clients and their business teams on risk management and litigation avoidance by identifying, mitigating, and avoiding legal risk before litigation even occurs. Joe will continue to serve clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in complex commercial litigation matters.
Since joining Conrad O’Brien, Joe has been instrumental in handling complex litigation and emergency injunctive and time-sensitive hearings. Recently Joe has been part of the teams in protecting victims’ interests as part of a national class action and litigating the myriad of ongoing litigation for a client in the public sector.
Joe is listed as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star and volunteers with several organizations in his hometown in New Jersey. Joe earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.A. from Georgetown University.
