Jacquelyn J. Ager Named Partner at Conrad O’Brien

Conrad O’Brien is pleased to announce that Jacquelyn J. Ager has been named a Partner at the Firm.

 

Jacquie’s practice focuses primarily on employment matters and the defense of professional liability matters; she also handles complex commercial litigation. She represents employers and individuals in a wide range of employment litigation matters, including defending against unlawful discrimination claims, enforcing and defending against violations of restrictive covenants and employment agreements, as well as drafting and revising employee handbooks.  She also routinely counsels and trains private and public entities and organizations on employment-related matters. Jacquie also represents individual physicians and hospitals in complex medical malpractice litigation cases.

 

Jacquie earned her law degree from Washington College of Law at The American University, cum laude, and her B.S. in Biology from Ursinus College. She serves as secretary and a volunteer board member of the Sunshine Foundation, a nationwide nonprofit organization whose mission is to answer the dreams of chronically ill, seriously ill, physically challenged, and abused children, and serves on its annual Run Walk Bark for Dreams subcommittee.
