Jennifer K. McLoughlin has joined Conrad O’Brien’s Education Law practice group as an Of Counsel attorney. Jennifer will work with our busy and growing Education Law group, representing charter school clients in civil litigation and appeals, as well as administrative proceedings. She also advises charter schools on all aspects of their operations. Jennifer brings to Conrad O’Brien a breadth of legal experience; she has worked at AmLaw 200 firms and spent several years as an attorney at a Philadelphia-area education boutique law firm. She also served as a legal editor for a global news platform.
Jennifer earned her law degree from Villanova University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude and earning Order of the Coif distinction. She also served as Managing Editor of Student Works of the Villanova Law Review. She earned a Bachelor of Science in journalism from the University of Colorado.
