Conrad O’Brien is pleased to announce the addition of Jessica Falkenstein to join the firm’s professional liability and commercial litigation practices. Jessica is based in the firm’s main office in Philadelphia.
Jessica primarily represents clients in medical malpractice, sexual abuse, and motor-vehicle accident matters as well as a religious institution in commercial and civil litigation matters in state and federal courts. Jessica has a passion for trial advocacy and litigation and has experience managing all phases of discovery and case investigation, including witness interviews, written discovery, drafting motions and briefs, taking and defending depositions, and legal research.
When not actively practicing, Jessica serves as an adjunct professor at Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law where she coaches the law school’s nationally-ranked trial team at mock trial tournaments across the country. She earned her law degree from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where she was recognized for excellence in trial advocacy with the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers’ James J. Manderino Award for Trial Advocacy and as the National Champion at the Tournament of Champions Trial Advocacy Competition. Jessica earned her undergraduate degree from Saint Joseph’s University.
