Steven A. Medina has joined Conrad O’Brien as a litigation associate. He is based in the Firm’s main office in Philadelphia. Steve handles commercial, professional, and fiduciary litigation on behalf of his clients, which include corporations, non-profits, health systems, and individuals. He has significant experience navigating state and federal court systems in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His experience extends to all phases of litigation, from initial consultation through trial.
Steve’s cases often involve complex fact patterns and matters of high financial exposure, but he is equally as experienced handling straight-forward matters for his clients. Regardless of the complexity, Steve always works closely with his clients towards their business objective. Steve’s practice includes the representation of a religious institution in personal injury, employment, nursing care abuse, wrongful death, and other tort claims. Prior to joining Conrad O’Brien, Steven was an associate at two Pennsylvania-based litigation firms.
Steve earned his law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he served on the Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Review and graduated on the Dean’s List. He earned his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York, Albany, and graduated on the Dean’s List.
