Nicholas C. Needle has joined Conrad O’Brien as a litigation associate. He is based in the Firm’s main office in Philadelphia. Nick represents clients in commercial litigation in a range of matters, such as construction disputes and breach of contract claims. He will also bring his litigation experience to the firm’s Title IX, Due Process & Campus Discipline practice group, where he will represent students throughout the country who are subject to university disciplinary proceedings or appeals for alleged Title IX or code of conduct violations.
Nick brings to his practice trial and trial-prep experience as well as the writing and research skills that are needed to effectively analyze and litigate a case. Prior to joining the firm, Nick clerked for the Honorable Robert F. Kelly, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He also worked at a regional defense firm, where he conducted arbitrations, took and defended depositions, and prepared motions before state and federal Pennsylvania courts.
Nick earned his law degree from Villanova University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude and served as the Articles Editor of the Villanova Law Review. He earned his undergraduate degree from University of Scranton where he graduated magna cum laude.
