David I. Singh has joined Conrad O’Brien as a litigation associate. He is based in the Firm’s main office in Philadelphia.
David represents commercial businesses, private individuals, and educational institutions in a wide variety of commercial and civil litigation matters in state and federal courts, including actions involving contract, labor/employment, real estate, and construction issues, as well as compliance with applicable regulations.
He has significant experience navigating state and federal court systems in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His experience extends to all phases of litigation, from initial consultation through trial. He regularly represents commercial businesses and educational institutions, with a particular focus on the defense of business licenses in administrative actions as well as the defense of claims brought against professional and educational institutions. Prior to joining Conrad O’Brien, David was an associate at three other local litigation firms and also served as a certified legal intern for the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, where he litigated hundreds of cases in the Pretrials Unit.
David earned his law degree from Villanova University of Law, where he served as a student attorney in the Villanova University School of Law Clinic for Asylum, Refugee, and Emigrant Services, and successfully represented asylum seekers before the United States Department of Homeland Security. He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science and History from Drexel University – Pennoni Honors College and graduated magna cum laude.
