Conrad O’Brien expands Education Law practice group with Experienced Charter School Attorney Hire, Christopher Barrett

Christopher Barrett has joined Conrad O’Brien as an associate in the Education Law practice group. Chris will work with our busy and growing Education Law group, representing charter school clients on all aspects of school operations and counsels charter schools from the application drafting process through startup and ongoing operations. He works with school administrators and school boards regarding issues such as state and federal compliance, student matters, school operations, and labor and employment issues. Chris also provides training for school administrators, school boards, teachers and staff on the laws and regulations that affect schools, their students, and employees. Chris brings to Conrad O’Brien many years of experience as a solicitor to public school boards of education and charter schools throughout New Jersey.

 

Chris earned his law degree from Widener University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Joseph’s University. Prior to practicing as an education lawyer, Chris clerked for the Honorable Nelson C. Johnson, J.S.C. Superior Court of New Jersey.
