Christopher Lucca and Stacy Orvetz Named as Partners and Andrew Garden Named Of Counsel

Conrad O’Brien is pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2021, Christopher Lucca and Stacy Orvetz have been named as Partners and Andrew K. Garden has been named Of Counsel.

 

Chris Lucca represents Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and individuals in business tort claims, contractual and employment disputes, and complex personal injury matters. He has experience in all facets of litigation, from independently conducting pre-suit investigations through trial. Chris works with his clients to develop creative litigation strategies and craft novel legal arguments to help them achieve optimal exit results.

 

Chris has been listed as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2018. He serves on the Editorial Board for the Federal Bar Association's Magazine, The Federal Lawyer. Chris earned his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law (2013) where he served as the Associate Editor of Student Works for the Villanova Environmental Law Journal and his B.A. from Virginia Tech (2010), where he graduated cum laude.

 

Stacy Orvetz concentrates her practice in the areas of legal malpractice, medical malpractice, complex commercial litigation, and white-collar defense and internal investigations. She excels at taking a strategic approach in representing clients throughout litigation – from the initial pleading stage through arbitration or trial – and advising clients regarding compliance and prevention of future litigation.

 

Stacy was listed in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in its inaugural year for Commercial Litigation and has been listed as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2019. She earned her J.D. from New York Law School (2010), where she graduated cum laude, and her B.S. from Villanova University (2007).

 

Andrew Garden practices in the areas of complex commercial litigation, professional liability, and products liability; he helps clients navigate legal challenges with his attention to detail, candor, and expertise in civil procedure. Andrew has represented clients in all of Pennsylvania’s appellate courts (including the Supreme Court, the Commonwealth Court and the Superior Court) and in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

 

Andrew has been listed as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2020. He earned his J.D. from Fordham Law School (2011), where he earned a place on the Dean’s List and served as the Notes & Articles Editor for the Fordham Environmental Law Review. He earned his B.A. from The George Washington University (2008), where he graduated cum laude.
