Conrad O’Brien PC is pleased to announce Associate Aya M. Salem has been appointed to serve on the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Rules of Evidence. The New Jersey Committee on Rules of Evidence advises and makes recommendations to the New Jersey Supreme Court in general rules that govern all court proceedings in New Jersey relating to evidence law. Additionally, the Committee counsels the New Jersey Supreme Court on recent developments in evidence law.
As an Associate at Conrad O’Brien, Aya M. Salem works on a variety of matters, including legal malpractice defense, securities litigation, white collar crime, and contractual disputes.
Aya earned her law degree from Rutgers School of Law (J.D., 2010), where she served as Executive Editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University (B.A., 2006).
