Conrad O’Brien is pleased to announce that Aya M. Salem and Mark E. Seiberling were selected for inclusion as 2015 “Lawyers on the Fast Track” by The Legal Intelligencer, an American Law Journal. They are two of forty attorneys from around the state being honored for their promotion of the legal profession and their outstanding contributions to the legal community and the community at large.
Ms. Salem, an associate at Conrad O’Brien, practices in the area of white-collar criminal defense and internal investigations. She also focuses her practice on representing Am Law 100 and regional firms, and attorneys, in legal malpractice cases and other civil liability matters. Aya was appointed to the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Rules of Evidence and is a Member of the White Collar Crime Steering Committee for the Philadelphia Young Lawyers Division of the American Bar Association.
Mr. Seiberling, a Conrad O’Brien shareholder, practices primarily in the areas of complex commercial litigation, appellate litigation, Right-to-Know Law, education, and white-collar criminal defense and internal corporate investigations. He is currently serving as one of two public members to the Pennsylvania Joint Committee on Documents. Prior to joining Conrad O’Brien, Mark served as a law clerk for the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
