As Manager of Litigation Technology at Conrad O’Brien, Ryan manages and develops technological solutions for all phases of the firm’s cases, including document review, case development, and trial preparation and presentation. He also manages the collection, preservation, and processing of client data for the firm.
Ryan leverages his extensive experience in each stage of the e-discovery process to identify the protocols, workflows, and technological tools that will best serve the client’s needs in a particular matter. In his role at Conrad O’Brien, Ryan has:
Built an application providing searchable access to key public records
Developed custom scripts to streamline the handling of case materials
Consulted closely with clients on defensible collections of their data
Advised attorneys in all phases of the e-discovery life cycle
Created protocols for secure and efficient storage of critical client data
Identified and implemented cutting-edge litigation software to enable fast and accurate document review and factual development
Before joining Conrad O’Brien, Ryan worked as a paralegal at Arnold & Porter in Washington, D.C., where he managed document review teams and general discovery issues on a large antitrust matter.
