Emer’s work at Conrad O’Brien primarily focuses on supporting the Title IX and student rights litigation team to ensure our clients receive due process. She works alongside the team of partners and associates during initial client interviews, preparation for disciplinary hearings, and ongoing litigation. During the initial stages of the firm’s representation, she helps to gather all the pertinent information while still maintaining the sensitivity that comes with these representations. Emer’s organization skills and clear communication with the partners, associates, and clients is vital to ensuring we are on top of the often fast-approaching deadlines.
As an Irish solicitor, Emer has experience in probate, litigation, liquidation, residential and commercial conveyancing, construction law, and particularly alternative dispute resolution and private-public partnership contracts.
