Jose has experience tackling complex commercial cases, taking them from inception through trial, and appeals, when necessary. Jose takes a creative approach to litigation to find the best way to advocate for his clients both in and out of the courtroom. He has litigated a range of commercial disputes, including defending a federal antitrust suit with over $300 million in exposure. Whether he’s representing a small business or a Fortune 500 company, he approaches each stage of a case with an eye towards a potential trial in order to best position his clients for settlement or the courtroom.
