Andrew is a Philadelphia native and graduate of Fordham Law School in New York where he served as a Notes and Articles Editor on the Fordham Environmental Law Review. In college at The George Washington University, he interned at a national news network and for a United States Senator. As a lawyer, Andrew has filed legal memoranda in all of Pennsylvania’s appellate courts (including the Supreme Court, the Commonwealth Court and the Superior Court) and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

representative matters

  • Defended the constitutionality of a Pennsylvania law on behalf of a Pennsylvania independent agency.
  • Defended an attorney facing a contempt citation in Federal District Court.
  • Defended a Canadian corporation against a consumer protection lawsuit in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
  • Represented Pennsylvania Senate Majority Leader Jake Corman in successfully suing the NCAA to revoke the NCAA's "Consent Decree" and all accompanying punishments on Penn State University, and in defending the constitutionality of a state law directing the NCAA's unprecedented $60 million fine of Penn State fund child abuse programs in Pennsylvania.
  • Assisted in defending a mobile technology manufacturer against an antitrust suit in Federal District Court.
  • Enforced a mandatory arbitration agreement on behalf of a healthcare facility facing a personal injury lawsuit in a Pennsylvania trial court.
  • Local counsel for German bank defending a lawsuit by property developers. 

While in New York, Andrew also served as a Legal Intern for the Office of the Mayor of New York City, Firearms Policy Unit, as well as for The Honorable Martin Shulman, Appellate Term, First Department, New York.
